Szechuan chicken with fried rice

Made “Szechuan Chicken With Fried rice” today in dinner.It was tasty everyone liked it at my home.

Szechuan chicken


  1. Salt 1 tsp
  2. Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  3. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  4. White vinegar 1tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2tbsp
  6. Black pepper powder 1/ 2tsp
  7. Gg paste 1 tbsp
  8. Egg 1
  9. Corn flour 3-4 tbsp


Marinate chicken in all the above ingredients n rest for 1 hr..

Now Fry this chicken ..dont over fry..just light fry until it’s turn golden .take out chicken ..

Now u need,

Ginger crushed 2 tbsp ( bhar k) hand will give real aroma to ur food..

Button red chilli 3-4 ( just make a cuts in it)

Red/green chillis.. Finely crushed 2 tbsp

Soya sauce 3 tbsp

Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp

Vinegar 2 tbsp

Chilli garlic sauce 3-4 tbsp

Ketchup 3 tbsp

Salt according to taste..

Now take a oil.. Add ginger crushed ,red button chilli’s n green chilli’s..fry until aroma comes.. Now add chicken n all sauces…

In the end add veggies.

Onion (green) cut white part in cubes.

Capscium 1 cit in cubes.

Ready to serve..!

Fried Rice:


Boil rice.

In a separate wok add oil, fry egg and take it out. Saute choped garlic n green Chillies (cut in julian).

Add vegetables Carrot, Capsicum and Spring onion and stir fry.

Add soya sauce, vinegar, worcestershire sauce(all 2-3 tbsp), chinese salt and black pepper.

Toss in boiled rice and add the sauces and seasoning again.

Put the egg n sprinkle spring onion at top.
