Chicken filling bread


  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1table spoon powder milk
  • 1 tea spoon sugar
  • 2 tea spoon lukewarm water
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1tea spoon yeast
  • Lukewarm milk for kneeding
  • 1 egg

Method for dough:

Add water sugar n yeast in a bowl n mix them well.

Add all purpose flour, powder milk, salt, egg in separete bowl then add yeast solution mix them well n add milk to kneed it until dough is formed keep it aside to swell.

Chicken filling:

  • 1cup boiled n shreded chicken
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1tea spoon garam masala
  • 2 table spoon all purpose flour
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 table spoon butter

Method for chicken filling:

In a pan add add butter melt it on low flame, add onion n saute them then add all purpose flour n milk n cook it then add chicken, salt, pepper, garam masala n green chillies cook it well.


Now make roti of dough n put chicken filling inside. Wrap it by cutting half way in stripes n joining together. In the end apply egg n seasme seed n black seeds n put in oven at 180degree n cook it for 15 minutes
